Shipment

Once we have received your order we aim to have it ready for shipment within 24 hours. It can happen that during busy periods this might take longer.
Your shipments will be handled by DHL or UPS depending on the volume and destination. Once your order is picked up from our warehouse you will automatically receive a tracking number by e-mail.

Shipment costs

The Netherlands:
For orders more than €250 we will charge no shipping costs. For orders less than €250 we will charge you €10 for shipping and handling.

EU*:
For orders more than €250 we will charge no shipping costs. For orders less than €250 we will charge you €20 for shipping and handling.
* excluding Malta and Cyprus

For shipments outside of the EU actual shipping costs will be added, unless agreed upon otherwise.
